Shortly after congress provided Paulson with hundreds of billions to purchase “toxic assets”, Paulson instead gave the money directly to those selected as “Too big to fail”. What happened to the “toxic assets”? It looks like that was when the Fed decided to accept this junk on its “balance sheet” in exchange for dollar credits–Valuation? Whatever it was claimed to be–forget about “mark to market” nonsense!

Geithner knew exactly what he was doing. This is not incompetence or negligence, it is criminal activity. This was already apparent when Obama appointed him.
Geithner must go, one way or another.
