#OWS Interview: Prosecute the Wall Street Mafia! Bill Black, Dylan Ratigan & David DeGraw on the Destruction of the Rule of Law

In this video, David DeGraw joins Bill Black on the Dylan Ratigan Show to discuss the "epidemic of fraud" and the people who need to be held personally responsible for the destruction of our economic system.

Aftermath of the Police Raid on #OccupyOakland

By Ken Knabb

This seven-minute video gives a pretty good brief impression of what happened in Oakland yesterday, following the police destruction of the Occupy Oakland encampment at Frank Ogawa Plaza. Among other things, I call your attention to a poignant interaction around 4:45 where a few marchers start pushing a dumpster, as if to start a barricade. A guy hugs one of them and pleads with them, “Oh, no, guys, come on, let’s be civil.” One of the others says, “Are they [the police] being fuckin’ civil?!” Hugging that second guy, he says, “I know, brother, they’re savages, they’re fuckin’ savages. But don’t be like them! Don’t be like them!” If you think that rhetoric is excessive, note the very end of the video, where lots of people are running away and one of them is hit by a tear gas canister and falls to the ground. Several of the others run back to help him, and as they are all crowding around, the police throw a flash-bang grenade right down into the group which explodes in the injured man’s face. Here is a clearer view of the same incident. The young man, an Iraq war veteran, has a fractured skull and is in critical condition. But I guess this sort of thing has to be done in order to maintain “public peace” and keep the Plaza nice and “hygienic” . . .

Marine Down in Oakland – “We’re Still Here!”

Marine Scott Olsen made it through two tours in Iraq without an injury, but back home in the United States he was critically wounded by a police riot. Heavily-armed police injured Olsen and other unarmed citizens on Oct. 25 when they attacked the non-violent Occupy Oakland. Olsen, 24, had his skull fractured by a police projectile and is experiencing traumatic brain swelling.

Defiant Occupy Oakland protesters vow to return to plaza

On Tuesday night and into Wednesday, police clashed with hundreds of protesters whom they’d dislodged from an encampment outside City Hall. More than 100 people were arrested, police said, as officers used tear gas to disperse the crowd, which was returning to City Hall after a march to another encampment earlier that evening....

Occupy Oakland protesters, dislodged from their encampment outside City Hall after a march Tuesday night, are organizing to return Wednesday.

The Twitter handle, @OccupyOakland, called on protesters to return to downtown at 6 p.m., "for round three. and four. and five. and six. We will not be moved.”

Meanwhile, the plaza in front of Oakland City Hall where protesters had camped for two weeks will eventually be cleared and "made available for peaceful demonstrations," said Karen Boyd, an Oakland city spokeswoman. "We’ll continue our facilitation of peaceful expression -- that’s our practice and that's our history."

Banks ‘Livid’ at #OccupyWallStreet Support by Democrats

Go Cenk! Financial Industry lobbyists are furious with Democrats supporting the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protests. They aren't scared of watered down regulations and financial 'reform' by Obama, but they feel threatened by OWS. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down from the OWS protests in New York City.

How Can We Rouse Police and Other Protectors of the Corporatocracy — “Guards” of the Status Quo — to Join the OWS Rebellion?

By Bruce E. Levine

For those of us who have demonstrated and marched in the Occupy movement, it is obvious that the police and the corporate press serve as guards—buffers between the vast majority of the American people and the ruling “corporatocracy” (the partnership of giant corporations, the wealthy elite, and their collaborating politicians). In addition to the police and the corporate press, there are millions of other guards employed by the corporatocracy to keep people obedient and maintain the status quo. Even a partial revolt of the guards could increase the number of protesters on the streets from the thousands to the millions.

Top Fraud Prosecutor: Banking Criminals Can Be Forced to Give Back Their Ill-Gotten Bonuses

By Washington's Blog

I asked Bill Black whether or not bonuses given out based on fraudulent Ponzi schemes and manipulation of a company’s accounting books could be disgorged. And I asked hims to estimate how much could – hypothetically, if prosecutors and judges did their job – collectively be recouped for the American people?

Senator Sanders Gathers Economists for Planned Federal Reserve Overhaul Bill

Editor's Note: Well, we guess you have to walk before you can run. It's a start... Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) unveiled a dozen economists he has tapped to help draft a plan to overhaul the Federal Reserve he says is "riddled" with conflicts of interest, among other problems.

Police Brutality at #OccupyMelbourne, Australia

"The authorities should have negotiated with the protestors before resorting to heavy handed pressure. By their actions, the Premier and Lord Mayor have moved the situation from negotiation to conflict and have hardened peoples' positions." Lachlan Gifford, an Occupy Melbourne spokesman, said the protest would spring up in other public places in Melbourne if they were forcibly removed....

Charles Hugh Smith on the Occupy Wall Street (#OWS) Movement

Here are some notes on the Occupy Wall Street movement, based partly on some “insider” contacts. I am honored to have long been in email correspondence with David DeGraw of AmpedStatus. As a result of our mutual support society/correspondence, I am also honored to be included in an email group of people I consider the leading lights in the movement to restore democracy and fiscal sanity to this nation, people like Matt Taibbi, Barry Ritholtz, William Black, Max Keiser, Dylan Ratigan, Karl Denninger, Yves Smith, Michael Hudson, Nomi Prins, David Cay Johnston, Paul Craig Roberts, “George Washington” and Tyler Durden, to name some whose work you have probably read.

Bill Black: #OccupyWallStreet A Counter to White-Collar Fraud

Broadcasting on the road from Kansas City, Missouri, we’re joined by William Black, a white-collar criminologist, former financial regulator, and author of "The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One." Black teaches economics and law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and recently took part in Occupy Kansas City. "If you look [at the Occupy protests], not just nationwide, but worldwide, you will see some pretty consistent themes developing," Black says. "Those themes include: we have to deal with the systemically dangerous institutions, the 20 biggest banks that the administration is saying are ticking time bombs, that as soon as one of them fails, we go back into a global crisis. We should fix that. There’s no reason to have institutions that large. That’s a theme. That accountability is a theme, that we should put these felons in prison... That we should get jobs now, and that we should deal with the foreclosure crisis. So those are four very common themes that you can see in virtually any of these protest sites... I think, over time, you won’t necessarily have some grand written agenda, but you’ll have, as I say, increasing consensus. And it’s a very broad consensus."

Time to Clawback $2.2 Trillion in Corrupt Banker Compensation – Nassim Taleb On #OccupyWallStreet

A very interesting interview on the need for #OWS to focus on the "hidden tax" of obscene banker compensation and bailouts. Taleb: "You need something to break the bank cartel... They caused the crisis... and last year they had record bonuses... this is not rational. They are hijacking the American economy."

What ‘Diversity of Tactics’ Really Means for #OccupyWallStreet

By Nathan Schneider, Waging NonViolence

Even as Occupy Wall Street shapes the public conversation about high finance, political corruption, and the distribution of wealth, it has also raised anew questions about how resistance movements in general should operate. I want to consider one of the matters that I’ve returned to over the past month, as I’ve watched the occupation up close and its means of making its presence felt on the streets of New York and in the media.

#OccupyWallStreet May Address Looting by Bank of America and Federal Reserve

Many people are furious that the Federal Reserve and Bank of America have initiated a coup to dump billions of dollars of losses on the American people. Much Respect to the Mighty Sha! United States Marine Corps. Sgt. Shamar Thomas Schools NYPD on Police Brutality: “These Are Peaceful US Citizens! There Is No Honor In This!”

By David DeGraw

The Mighty Sha, as I affectionately call him, has a new video, which is going viral as we type, featuring his verbal schooling of the NYPD in defense of the #OWS movement concerning police brutality against peaceful protesters. Shamar has been on the frontlines witnessing police assaults several times. He was with us last week when the police unleashed pepper-spray and wildly swung their batons around during a protest that was blocked off from Wall Street. We will post some great footage of him standing in uniform holding up his hand in a peace sign, with the American flag blowing behind him, seconds before the police unleashed their assault. At the time, I thought I was very lucky to not be arrested. Now I realize, the reason I wasn't was most likely because The Mighty Sha was directly to my right. So many amazing moments happening so often within this movement - awe inspiring!

From the video description: United States Marine Corps. Sgt. Shamar Thomas from Roosevelt, NY went toe to toe with the New York Police Department. An activist in the Occupy Wall Street movement, Thomas voiced his opinions of the NYPD police brutality that had and has been plaguing the #OWS movement. Thomas is a 24-year-old Marine Veteran (2 tours in Iraq), he currently plays amateur football and is in college. Thomas comes from a long line of people who sacrifice for their country: Mother, Army Veteran (Iraq), Step father, Army, active duty (Afghanistan), Grand father, Air Force veteran (Vietnam), Great Grand Father Navy veteran (World War II).

“The American oligarchy spares no pains in promoting the belief that it does not exist, but the success of its disappearing act depends on equally strenuous efforts on the part of an American public anxious to believe in egalitarian fictions and unwilling to see what is hidden in plain sight.” — Michael Lind, To Have and to Have Not

The Economic Elite Vs. The People of the United States of America

It’s time for 99% of Americans to mobilize and aggressively move on common sense political reforms.

Yes, of course, we all have very strong differences of opinion on many issues. However, like our Founding Fathers before us, we must put aside our differences and unite to fight a common enemy.

It has now become evident to a critical mass that the Republican and Democratic parties, along with all three branches of our government, have been bought off by a well-organized Economic Elite who are tactically destroying our way of life. The harsh truth is that 99% of the US population no longer has political representation. The US economy, government and tax system is now blatantly rigged against us.

Current statistical societal indicators clearly demonstrate that a strategic attack has been launched and an analysis of current governmental policies prove that conditions for 99% of Americans will continue to deteriorate. The Economic Elite have engineered a financial coup and have brought war to our doorstep. . . and make no mistake, they have launched a war to eliminate the US middle class.

To those who feel I am using extreme rhetoric, I ask you to please take a few minutes of your time to hear me out and research the evidence put forth. The facts are there for the unprejudiced, rational and reasoned mind to absorb. It is the unfortunate reality of our current crisis.

Unless we all unite and organize on common ground, our very way of life and the ideals that our country was founded upon will continue to unravel.

Before exposing exactly who the Economic Elite are, and discussing common sense ways in which we can defeat them, let’s take a look at how much damage they have already caused.

I: Casualties of Economic Terrorism, Surveying the Damage

The devastating numbers across-the-board on the economic front are staggering. I’ll go through some of them here, many we have already become all too familiar with. We hear some of these numbers all the time, so much so that it appears as if we have already begun “to normalize the unthinkable.” You may be sick of hearing them, but behind each number is an enormous amount of individual suffering, American lives and families who are struggling worse than they ever have.

America is the richest nation in history, yet we now have the highest poverty rate in the industrialized world with an unprecedented number of Americans living in dire straits and over 50 million citizens already living in poverty.

The government has come up with clever ways to downplay all of these numbers, but we have over 50 million people who need to use food stamps to eat, and a stunning 50% of US children will use a food stamp to eat at some point in their childhood. Approximately 20,000 people are added to this total every day. In 2009, one out of five US households didn’t have enough money to buy food. In households with children, this number rose to 24%, as the hunger rate among US citizens has now reached an all time high.

We also currently have over 50 million US citizens without healthcare. 1.4 million Americans filed for bankruptcy in 2009, a 32% increase from 2008. As bankruptcies continue to skyrocket, medical bankruptcies are responsible for over 60% of them, and over 75% of the medical bankruptcies filed are from people who have healthcare insurance. We have the most expensive healthcare system in the world, we are forced to pay twice as much as other countries and the overall care we get in return ranks 37th in the world.

In total, Americans have lost $5 trillion from their pensions and savings since the economic crisis began and $13 trillion in the value of their homes. During the first full year of the crisis, workers between the age of 55 – 60, who have worked for 20 – 29 years, have lost an average of 25% off their 401k. “Personal debt has risen from 65% of income in 1980 to 125% today.” Over five million US families have already lost their homes, in total 13 million US families are expected to lose their home by 2014, with 25% of current mortgages underwater. Deutsche Bank has an even grimmer prediction: “The percentage of ‘underwater’ loans may rise to 48 percent, or 25 million homes.” Every day 10,000 US homes enter foreclosure. Statistics show that an increasing number of these people are not finding shelter elsewhere, there are now over 3 million homeless Americans, the fastest growing segment of the homeless population is single parents with children.

One place more and more Americans are finding a home is in prison. With a prison population of 2.3 million people, we now have more people incarcerated than any other nation in the world – the per capita statistics are 700 per 100,000 citizens. In comparison, China has 110 per 100,000, France has 80 per 100,000, Saudi Arabia has 45 per 100,000. The prison industry is thriving and expecting major growth over the next few years. A recent report from the Hartford Advocate titled “Incarceration Nation” revealed that “a new prison opens every week somewhere in America.”

Mass Unemployment

Buy the Book: The Economic Elite Vs. The People of the United States of AmericaThe government unemployment rate is deceptive on several levels. It doesn’t count people who are “involuntary part-time workers,” meaning workers who are working part-time but want to find full-time work. It also doesn’t count “discouraged workers,” meaning long-term unemployed people who lost hope and don’t consistently look for work. As time goes by, more and more people stop consistently looking for work and are discounted from the unemployment figure. For instance, in January, 1.1 million workers were eliminated from the unemployment total because they were “officially” labeled “discouraged workers.” So instead of the number rising, we will hear deceptive reports about unemployment leveling off.

On top of this, the Bureau of Labor Statistics recently discovered that 824,000 job losses were never accounted for due to a “modeling error” in their data. Even in their initial January data there appears to be a huge understating, with the newest report saying the economy lost 20,000 jobs. TrimTabs employment analysis, which has consistently provided more accurate data, “estimated that the U.S. economy shed 104,000 jobs in January.”

When you factor in all these uncounted workers — “involuntary part-time” and “discouraged workers” — the unemployment rate rises from 9.7% to over 20%. In total, we now have over 30 million US citizens who are unemployed or underemployed. The rarely cited “employment-participation” rate, which reveals the percentage of the population that is currently in the workforce, has now fallen to 64%.

Even based on the “official” unemployment rate, just to get back to the unemployment level of 4.6% that we had in 2007, we need to create over 10 million new jobs, and most every serious economist will tell you that these jobs are not coming back. In fact, we are still consistently shedding jobs, on just one day, January 27th, several companies announced new cuts of more than 60,000 jobs.

Due to the length of this crisis already, millions of Americans are reaching a point where the unemployment benefits that they have been surviving off of are coming to an end. More workers have already been out of work longer than at any point since statistics have been recorded, with over six million now unemployed for over six months. A record 20 million Americans qualified for unemployment insurance benefits last year, causing 27 states to run out of funds, with seven more also expected to go into the red within the next few months. In total, 40 state programs are expected to go broke.

Most economists believe that the unemployment rate will remain high for the foreseeable future. What will happen when we have millions of laid-off workers without any unemployment benefits to save them?

Working More for Less

The millions struggling to find work are just part of the story. Due to the fact that we now have a record high six people for every one job opening, companies have been able to further increase the workload on their remaining employees. They have been able to increase the amount of hours Americans are working, reduce wages and drastically cut back on benefits. Even though Americans were already the most productive workers in the world before the economic crisis, in the third quarter of 2009, average worker productivity increased by an annualized rate of 9.5%, at the same time unit labor cost decreased by 5.2%. This has led to record profits for many companies. Of the 220 companies in the S&P 500 who have reported fourth-quarter results thus far, 78% of them had “better-than-expected profits” with earnings 17% above expectations, “the highest for any quarter since Thomson Reuters began tracking data.”

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national median wage was only $32,390 per year in 2008, and median household income fell by 3.6% while the unemployment rate was 5.8%. With the unemployment rate now at 10%, median income has been falling at a 5% rate and is expected to continue its decline. Not surprisingly, Americans’ job satisfaction level is now at an all time low.

There are also a growing number of employed people who, despite having a job, are still living in poverty. There are at least 15 million workers who now fall into this rapidly growing category. $32,390 a year is not going to get you far in today’s economy, and half of the country is making less than that. This is why many Americans are now forced to work two jobs to provide for their family to hopefully make ends meet.

A Crime Against Humanity

The mainstream news media will numb us to this horrifying reality by endlessly talking about the latest numbers, but they never piece them together to show you the whole devastating picture, and they rarely show you all the immense individual suffering behind them. This is how they “normalize the unthinkable” and make us become passive in the face of such a high casualty count.

Behind each of these numbers, is a tremendous amount of misery, the physical toll is only outdone by the severe psychological toll. Anyone who has had to put off medical care, or who couldn’t get medical care for one of their family members due to financial circumstances, can tell you about the psychological toll that is on top of the physical suffering. Anyone who has felt the stress of wondering how they were going to get their child’s next meal or their own, or the stress of not knowing how you are going to pay the mortgage, rent, electricity or heat bill, let alone the car payment, gas, phone, cable or internet bill.

There are now well over 150 million Americans who feel stress over these things on a consistent basis. Over 60% of Americans now live paycheck to paycheck.

These are all basic things that every person should be able to easily afford in a technologically advanced society such as ours. The reason why we struggle with these things is because the Economic Elite have robbed us all. This amount of suffering in the United States of America is literally a crime against humanity.

Thank you for your timely wake up call!

Perhaps this report, like Thomas Paine’s widely-read pamphlet Common Sense (1776), that advocated colonial America’s independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain, will help catalyze the American “sheeple” to We the People once again.

I suggest you consider making the report a free e-book with unlimited reproduction rights so everyone so moved can have their home or office printer become part of the “People’s Press”, printing and distributing it as widely as possible.

You might also want to consider making the $15 cost of the physical book a “contribute what you can” model from $1-$1500. In this way, your great book can have the maximum impact and the movement can grow via viral internet and personal distribution by those who are “fed up and won’t take it any longer” but who have not had a voice thanks to the corporate takeover of government by lobbyists. We now have the best government money can buy.

May the force be with us.

The last official act of a dictator is to loot the country. Our dictators are illusive. They hide like rats, behind corporate logos and shady backroom deals to rob the wealth of our nation. Our politicians are nothing more than prostitutes feeding at the trough of greed and power. They must be exposed. Have you ever seen a rat when you shine a light on it. It runs for the dark to hide. These so called “dictators” have the same habits, duck and cover. Keep on shining the light, excellent article. I look forward to the rest of the series.

    David,

With each report you are getting stronger and stronger. I see these reports getting picked up all over the place. By the time you post the last piece to this one, I’m expecting a break through. I truly believe it is just a matter of time before their is a massive uprising in this country. It is reaching a critical mass and boiling point.

Let’s just hope it is a non-violent one. Although it has already violently affected many Americans, ie healthcare, poverty, hunger, etc…

You have gained my trust and interest!

    So far so good.

I’m just hoping that when we get to the part of “What to do” that we don’t get more of the same.

It’s time for a sea change in the way we fight the power elite.

We need a third party that will pull in fiscal conservatives with Progressives.

Most Progressives I know would welcome a “balancing of our federal checkbook” with Progressive social ideas. And most clear-thinking conservatives would support a balancing of the federal checkbook with a fair-minded social agenda.

We need a new political party in this country that will pull all the disenfranchised away from BOTH political parties. There are many things we would all agree on: No nuclear power (it’s environmentally and fiscally unworkable), releasing all non-violent drug offenders from prison, placing all prisons under “public” control, forbidding any mercenary corporations from having bases of operation within the United States and not allowing them any further role in ANY U.S. military actions, including domestic ones, a “Medicare for All” healthcare system that would have a 7% overhead compared with a 20% (and growing) overhead of the for-profit insurance corporations, no corporations would be allowed to have ANY hand in our elections…all would be public and hand countable, REAL campaign finance reform, and end to the bogus “War on Drugs”, only having bases in countries where we are wanted via a democratic election in that country, significantly trimming the military budget and using our tax dollars for PUBLIC projects that enrich ALL lives (roads, bridges, infrastructure, un-sustainable Monsanto-esqe (big corporate) farming would be phased out in favor of more localized/humane farming practices that conserve water/soil, the building of hospitals and clinics all over the country etc., etc.

I’m tired of being a “Democrat” in name only and not being able to TRULY support the candidate I vote for. I’d like to vote, for ONCE, for candidates who belong to a party whose agenda represents MY ideals and aspirations.

So, please. Suggest we start a third party in the final article. I’m ready to switch my registration and throw down some serious money to support it and I know a whole lot of others who are ready to do the same.

  • Dale

    David,

I am looking forward to the rest of the reports. A truly master piece of work.

    Here, Here, Well said.
I have worked with the homeless as much as my own health has permitted for 20 years (I fully expect the manner of my death will be the eventual denial of medical care due to capitalism.). In squats where I used to see 3 or 4 tents I now find 40 – 50. The ranks of long term homeless is reaching epic proportions because resources that used to find solutions for them are going to emergency help for the newly poor many of whom had jobs and homes just last year. This is despite the fact that I live in Huntsville Al. which is relatively fat from the profits of the U.S.s’ civilian murdering industries. (Though they style themselves “defense contractors”. Personally I still don’t need defending from Asian peasants. And I still don’t need my government to spend a decade’s worth of health care money for 1 year’s worth of space age weapons to murder iron age goat herders. Better they spend money so that my town and yours doesn’t have disabled vets sleeping under overpasses.) This is all occurring in a country where 25 million repossessed homes sit empty; owned by no one but banks who can’t unload them profitably. The mighty commit the most heinous of crimes with complete impunity while the masses are thrown into for profit prisons for things which aught not even be considered a crime ; like safely and effectivley medicating our ills. Obviously I could go on. This nation is looking to reap the whirlwind.

    “Economic Elite”

That label is far too polite sounding, doesn’t begin to describe what they do, how they do it, or what they believe in. Try instead:

    Wealth Supremacists

“Coup D’etat”? Far too romantic in its connotations. Try instead:

    Kovert Korporate Koup

Far more descriptive of what they are, what they believe, how they’re achieving their aims.

America is only the richest country in the world due to the fact that a few thousand Americans are very, very rich. Consequently most Americans do not own very much. What is the mean income, not the average, but the mean – income of the majority of Americans.

With China, India and the EU investing in education – almost free in these countries – and invest strongly in productive enterprizes, compared with America spending more and more on unwinnable wars and on armaments which adds to the GDP but not to future growth. Hence America is going backward fast.

Soon America will be a third-rate country, with an increasing number of unemployed homeless people and damaged/injured soldiers unable to work or stay married.

Yet America, encouraged by Israel, is contemplating bombing Iran, as if the mistakes to invade Iraq and Afghanistan are not enough.

The American government/military/industrial complex says to other nations: Love America or we came and impose democracy upon you. But where is the democracy in America, ruled as it is by unaccountable power elite.

    MAY AMERICA REST IN PEACE

  • THOMAS w adams

    GREETINGS CARL,
Thank you for your attempts to throw light upon that great evil “Poverty”.
My answer, well researched, is as follows:
All Nations of the world must take back their Sovereign rights that enable them to create their own supply of Interest free, Debt free, Social Capital.
This first step eliminates untold quanta of inflation and Government debt.
Every Sovereign independent Nation, or co-operating group of Nations, will then use this Social Capital to totally eliminate Poverty and deprivation in their communities by issuing to all that need it a Social Wage, structured to provide a basic break even living standard, a wage that will continue until death.
The Government will finance all conceivable Public Support and Infrastructures, Health, Housing, Education, etc.
The Capital so created will be the sole means of financing the Nations Money Supply. This will become a “trickle Up” economy, replacing the nonsense of trickle down.
No Capital or subsidy will go to Private Enterprise directly, for if it did it would cause serious inflation.Capital issued and “spent” into circulation, as described above, would not create inflation.
There would be no interference with Private Enterprise. The Private Sector could employ those in receipt of the Social Wage by offering wages and hours of employment capable of inducing people to do the work offered. Thus inducing mutually agreed conditions.
Thus far no or very little taxpayer money has been expended. The burden of support for the poor and the provision of social and community infrastructure has been lifted from the backs of Corporate enterprise and the wealthy.
Control of Social provision has passed out of the hands of those not willing to vote for higher taxation to facilitate it. Working people are no longer at the total mercy of Market forces, that all too often deprive them of livelihood and take away hard won assets such as homes and pension funds. Working people can more easily change employment to escape unsatisfactory masters and conditions.
Price and cost inflation will be substantially reduced by ceasing tax collections from wage and salary earners. Instead individuals will pay tax only once, and that when they are deceased, when the taxman will be empowered to asses deceased estates for tax liability. Avoidance will place the whole estate in danger of confiscation. Is there a better time to pay tax other than when we are dead?
Corporations and all other commercial enterprise will pay an annual flat rate tax levied against total net profits. Avoidance and imaginative minimisation schemes will not be allowed. Tax allowances will be strictly limited to running, overheads and development expenditures.
Government will not subsidise free enterprise, this great engine, by it’s own rules, must stand or fall on it’s own merits.
The value of Sovereign currencies for international purposes will be decided by co-operating Governments, taking into account the requirements indicated by Supply and Demand. Exchange rates will be fixed, stable, out of the influences of manipulators and traders.
There is much more to be said in explanation, however your own knowledge and experience will enable you to foresee the many attributes such a system delivers. My title for it is “THE UNIVERSAL ECONOMY” for it will work anywhere and for every person, fairly and equitably.
A very small “coterie” of Bankers and money power people is holding the world to ransom, they spend untold quanta of money spreading lies about the evils of Social Capital, for their own narrow purposes, populations around the world are in mortal danger, somehow the money power must be defeated. This defeat will come about when we elect independent politicians who will change our system from being representative to being participatory.
Have you read this far? then you have my thanks, your commentary would also be most appreciated.
    Regards, Thomas W. Adams.

Ok article so far, David…but I’m going to withhold my praise until I see that you’re willing to name names!

I already know the names – I’ve been researching this subject for the past 4-5 years – and I already know what their agenda is: nothing less than total world domination! I’ll leave you with some important quotes…

“History records that the money changers [Jews] have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and it’s issuance”. — James Madison

“Banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies.” – Thomas Jefferson

“You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out. If the American people only understood the rank injustice of our money and banking system, there would be a revolution before morning.” – Andrew Jackson

“We shall have World Government whether or not you like it… the only question is whether or not it be by conquest or consent.” – James Warburg, Rothschild Banking Agent, 1950

“The Federal Reserve banks are one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice who does not know that this nation is run by the International Jewish bankers.” – Congressman Louis T. McFadden (Rep. Pa)

“The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the PEOPLE vs. THE BANKS.” – Lord Acton, Lord Chief Justice of England, 1875

“To wear everyone out by dissensions, animosities, terror, feuds, famine, inoculation of diseases, want, until the Gentiles sees no other way of escape except by appeal to our money and our power.” (The Protocols of Zion, Protocol 10)

“We will so wear out and exhaust the Gentiles by all this that they will be compelled to offer us an international authority, which by its position will enable us to absorb without disturbance all the governmental forces of the world and thus form a super-government.” (The Protocols of Zion, Protocol 5)

“The International government of the UN, stripped of it’s legal trimming, then, is really the International Government of the United States and the Soviet Union acting in Unison.” — From the American Jewish Committee’s official magazine “Commentary” of Nov. 1958, Pg. 376

“The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create a one-world government combining supercapitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control…. Do I mean conspiracy? Yes I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent.” — Congressman Larry P. McDonald, 1976

“The eyes of our citizens are not sufficiently open to the true cause of our distress. They ascribe them to everything but their true cause, the banking system; The Central Bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the principles and form of our Constitution.” – Thomas Jefferson

“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right MAJOR CRISIS, and the nations will accept the NEW WORLD ORDER.” — David Rockefeller — Chairman, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)

In its latest latest 10-K (via Dealbook) Goldman Sachs (GS) writes:

“The financial crisis and the current political and public sentiment regarding financial institutions has resulted in a significant amount of adverse press coverage, as well as adverse statements or charges by regulators or elected officials.

“Press coverage and other public statements that assert some form of wrongdoing, regardless of the factual basis for the assertions being made, often results in some type of investigation by regulators, legislators
and law enforcement officials, or in lawsuits.”

In other words, pesky gadflies like anonymous bloggers, Rolling Stone critics, and New York Times journalists are hurting the company.

Now is the the time to wake up….

Some strategically built; citizen operated, prisons need to be built. Send the private militia to round up the terrorists, Congress, Senate, CIA, Treasury and IRS employees. Publish a warning: 3 days to get out of our country or face conviction as enemy of the people.

The Constution needs to be re-established and laws enacted that make it illegal for anyone who holds a law degree to sit in the Senate or Congress. Gold and Silver need to take their rightful place as brakes and limits for our new Gov so they don’t go off he deep end.

There’s plenty more, but we need to start somewhere. Brethren, Countrymen, Honorable Women, lend me your hearts… rise and conquer for the Trojan Horse is cracked wide open!

All the comments are excellent. BUT nothing will be done! It would take Millions, more than people like us listed here and most Americans don’t have the backbone to cut their ties to the Dems & GOP. They are also too busy voting for “American Idol” or waiting to hear about their favorite movie star to do anything to help themselves. They will complain and if they vote, they return the same crooks back into office- no matter the political party. They say other politicians are corrupt, but NEVER theirs and that is why they continue to do the same thing over and over again. Of course, many were fooled by Obama’s “Change” and they got the same as usual instead. The Dems and GOP make the rules so no Independent person or any other party can get on the ballot in many states. Without another party on all or most state ballots. it is impossible to get someone else elected and they know that. See http://www.bigeye.com and search for their article “Elections Are A Scam.” It gives the info on our corporate owned government and how elections are rigged. Most Americans don’t know about or care about the New World Order (NWO). They will only react if the NWO takes away their “American Idol.” I don’t know what economy disaster has to happen to wake up the majority of idiots and sheep in this country. I don’t have the answers, but I do know that much of America is dumbed down or brain dead in what is going on in America. Our elite corporate owned government will scare them in doing what they are told. We who refuse will be shot down. That is what America is so close to, the signs are all there. The Nazi’s are alive and doing well and heading down Hitler’s path. Sad to say, but, we are our own worst enemy!

How about using that money to feed the 50% of US children who need to use food stamps during their childhood to eat? How about using it to give a raise to the 15 million US workers who work 40 hours or more a week and still fall below the poverty line. [...]

[...] It has now become evident to a critical mass that the Republican and Democratic parties, along with all three branches of our government, have been bought off by a well-organized Economic Elite who are tactically destroying our way of life. The harsh truth is that 99% of the US population no longer has political representation. The US economy, government and tax system is now blatantly rigged against us. HP makes great material. I purchased this product from Officetronics and got ripped off. Dealt me a refurb and told me it was new. Serial numbers and the refurbished stickers were taken. Officetronics is a complete imposter and con. Stay away from Officetronics when buying Hewlett Packard (HP) commodities. They have miserable critiques on Google. Company sales HP stuff as a con. Other than that I bought from TigerDirect and my HP is working super!!!!

Have you ever wondered why a doctor would never tell you the simplest of secrets that would help you get a bigger penis? Well I have wondered and sadly I could not get my doctor to open up about penis male enhancement either! Luckily for me I have had other types of penis male enlargement gurus who have taught me well and I have decided to impart my knowledge to you so even you can get a really big penis easily and naturally.
